Mackenzie Regency has 4 rooms and this house is the only unit exclusively situated alone within the same floor as the swimming pool and gym room. It is within a 10 minutes walking distance to Little India MRT station (NE7/DT12) and located in the city areas within walking distance to SMU, NAFA, Laselle, SOTA and many other private learning institutions.

Students can go to JCU campus by taking a direct bus 67 at Bus Stop B40019 to alight at Bus Stop B80071 (11 stops) which is just outside JCU campus. Alternatively, students can choose to commute by MRT train from Little India station to Kallang station (EW10).
