Biography
Stemming from his background in industrial/organisational psychology, Aliff’s doctoral research focuses on how morality influences the creative process. Specifically, he is examining how moral mechanisms hinder and/or facilitate one’s ideation, creation, evaluation, and selection of novel ideas. Apart from his doctoral research, Aliff enjoys casual pursuits regarding philosophical discourse, working out, and video gaming.
